§ 102-73. Decision on objections; acquiring jurisdiction.

By motion or resolution at the conclusion of the hearing held pursuant to this division, the city council shall allow or overrule any objections. At that time the city council acquires jurisdiction to proceed and perform the work of removal and destruction or dead wood contained therein.
