This Chapter provides regulations for the protection, preservation, and maintenance of:
A.

Native oak trees;

B.

The habitat values of oak woodlands;

C.

Trees of historic or cultural significance;

D.

Groves and stands of mature trees; and

E.

Mature trees in general that are associated with proposals for development.
