Adult-Oriented Businesses are allowed in the Limited Commercial (LC), General Commercial
(GC) and Industrial Office Park (MP) Districts, as defined and described in Article 2 (Zoning Districts and Allowable Land Uses) of the Zoning Code. If any section, subsection,
subdivision, sentence, clause, or phrase in this Article or any part thereof is for
any reason held to be unconstitutional or invalid, ineffective by any court of competent
jurisdiction, such decision shall not affect the validity or effectiveness of the
remaining portions of this Article or any part thereof.
