§ 10-54. Sunset provision.

Latest version.

Sections 10-27, 10-28, 10-43, 10-45, 10-47, and 10-51 of this chapter shall remain in effect only until December 31, 2020. As of that date, these sections are repealed unless a later enacted ordinance, that is enacted on or before December 31, 2020, deletes or extends that date. Upon repeal of the Code sections pursuant to this section, all cardrooms within the city shall be prohibited.
