§ 18-299. Application approval.

(a)

After reviewing the application for building relocation and inspection of the building and proposed location, the building official shall approve the application in writing and shall so notify the property owner and applicant of the conditions of the approval.

(b)

Upon approval, the building official shall cause the building and the proposed location to be posted with an intent to move sign as provided in section 18-301.
