§ 18-477. Applicability.

Latest version.

This article shall apply to new nonresidential construction, including, but not limited to, any addition or interior remodeling of any nonresidential building or structure which either would add additional square feet to that building or structure, or would result in change of use type as set forth by resolution, or both. This article shall apply to mixed or combined use construction.
