§ 18-549. Conditions and expiration.

The grant of the appeal may specify a reduced fee, a higher fee, no fee, and appropriate conditions applicable to such construction. Any appeal granted under this section shall expire upon the issuance of a building permit allowing conversion of the building or structure to another use or remodeling of the building or structure to permit additional employees.
