The chief building official of the city is designated to be the authority having jurisdiction
of the Citrus Heights Energy Code. The chief building official shall administer, enforce,
and render interpretations of the provisions of the Citrus Heights Energy Code, and
shall, upon application and after receipt of proper documentation as required under
this chapter, grant permits for the installation of energy systems, installation,
alterations, repair, relocation, replacement, addition to, use or maintenance of any
energy system.
