§ 22-34. Transferability.

(a)

Neither a general business license nor a special business license shall be transferable or assignable from one person to another, or from one location to another.

(b)

Each business license shall automatically terminate and have no further force or effect upon a change of the primary function or operation for which the license has been issued.
