§ 2-351. Intent; authority.

This division is intended to prescribe an alternative method of drawing checks to that provided by Government Code §§ 37201—37210. Section 2-354 is adopted pursuant to the authority provided by Government Code § 935. This division is intended to and hereby does supersede any provisions to the contrary in the Sacramento County Code or the uncodified ordinances and resolutions of the county.
