§ 34-42. Enforcement.

(a)

This article shall be enforced by the chief of police, or the chief of police's designee.

(b)

Any resident who desires to register a complaint hereunder, may do so with the chief of police, or the chief of police's designee.

(c)

Except as otherwise provided, enforcement of this chapter is at the sole discretion of the city. Nothing in this chapter shall create a right of action in any person against the City of Citrus Heights or its agents to compel enforcement of this chapter.
