§ 34-133. Animals.

It is unlawful to cause or permit any horses, cattle, sheep, swine, poultry or any kind of livestock or domestic animals to pollute the waters of the Sacramento River or American River or any of the streams, feeders or tributaries thereof within a distance of two miles above the City of Sacramento, in the county.
