It shall be unlawful and a violation of this article for any person to construct,
enlarge, alter, repair, move, improve, remove, or convert or demolish, equip, use
or occupy or maintain any building or structure deemed to be in violation of this
division or cause or allow such to be done in violation of this division or contrary
to any notice, order, permit or entitlement issued by the director or the building
official.
(b)
A person shall be charged with a separate offense for each day during any portion
of which such person commits, continues, maintains, or permits a violation of this
division.
