§ 54-200. Penalty for violation.

(a)

Any person who violates section 54-199(a) shall be guilty of an infraction and, upon conviction, shall be punished as provided in section 1-21.

(b)

Any person who violates section 54-199(b) or (c) shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be punished as provided in section 1-21.
