§ 54-361. Fire protection.

Under this article, the licensee shall provide such fire protection measures and equipment as the chief of that fire protection district with jurisdiction over the site on which the outdoor festival is conducted finds reasonably necessary to provide fire protection to the immediate and adjoining premises and to persons participating in and attending the outdoor festival.
