§ 54-365. Accessways.

The licensee under this article shall provide all exterior and interior accessways which the chief of police and director of general services find necessary for the use of those attending the outdoor festival. All such accessways shall be clearly marked and delineated by means of curbs or temporary buffers on the ground.
