§ 62-69. Use of telephone.

  • No person shall, for pecuniary compensation or consideration, conduct or make any solicitations by telephone for or on behalf of the applicant for the charitable solicitations permit. However, this section shall not apply to the following:

    (1)

    Any communications by telephone between persons well known to each other through personal contact.

    (2)

    Solicitations by telephone for salvageable personal property, as that term is defined in Welfare and Institutions Code § 148(b).
