§ 74-3. Applicability of state regulations.

Latest version.

The regulations of the California Integrated Waste Management Board appearing in chapter 3 of division 7 of title 14, California Administrative Code, commencing with section 17200, shall be applicable within the city. All of such regulations shall be enforced in the same manner as this chapter, and violations of any of such regulations shall constitute violations of this section. This section shall be enforced by the department.
