§ 74-46. Use of containers.

Under this chapter, no person, other than the customer who has contracted for service with a commercial permittee or a person with such customer's consent, shall deposit refuse into a commercial refuse bin, drop box or compactor placed in the city by a refuse collector for the purpose of receiving refuse.
