§ 74-166. Award of franchise or commercial permit.

The city council may, at its sole discretion and upon such terms as it may prescribe, consistent with state law, award an exclusive or non-exclusive franchise or permit to any qualified person to provide collection of refuse and salvageable material for commercial and industrial establishments and dwelling units in the city.
