§ 78-1. County ordinances adopted by reference.

The provisions of title 12 of the Sacramento County Code, as amended to the date of adoption of this Citrus Heights Code, are hereby adopted by reference, provided that, to the extent that title 12 of the Sacramento County Code conflicts with any provision of the city's zoning ordinance, the city's zoning ordinance provision shall control.
