A fee shall be paid by the applicant to the County for parcel map review, final map
review, and record of survey review services performed by the County. The fee for
these services shall be in the amount of the direct costs incurred by the County based
on the hourly rate of the personnel performing the services. This hourly rate shall
include all overhead costs. These fees shall not be applicable to maps or record of
survey reviews which are initiated by the Board or by an advisory agency.
