§ 82-321. Public access to public resources.

As a condition of approval of a final subdivision map or final parcel map, the subdivider shall provide access to and/or along public waterways, rivers, streams, reservoirs or lakes as required in Article 3.5, of Chapter 4 of the Subdivision Map Act.
