§ 90-33. Franchise required.

Except as otherwise provided by this article, streets within the Sacramento Community shall not be occupied by or used for a cable television system except under a franchise issued pursuant to the provisions of this article or under a license issued pursuant to the provisions of chapter 5.75 of this Code [article III of this chapter].
