§ 90-55. Enforcement of county ordinances.

Enforcement of the county ordinances continued in effect hereby in the incorporated area of Citrus Heights shall be by the city, except insofar as enforcement services are provided by Sacramento County or the Sacramento Metropolitan Cable Television Commission through agreement with the City of Citrus Heights.
