§ 90-153. Judicial relief.

  • In the event a franchisee or the cable television commission or its assignee fails to comply with any provision contained in sections 90-142 through 90-154, inclusive, above, the injured party shall be authorized to either seek judicial relief or relief from the arbitrator during the arbitration proceeding. In the event judicial relief is sought, the provisions of sections 90-151 and 90-152, above, shall not be deemed to deprive the court of jurisdiction to interpret the provisions of this article, and any such interpretation shall be binding upon the arbitrator.
