§ 90-693. Interest on delinquent license fees.

Latest version.

Any license fees which remain unpaid after the dates specified in section 90-692 above shall be delinquent and shall thereafter accrue interest at the maximum legal rate until paid. As used in this section, the maximum legal rate shall be that rate set forth in Code of Civil Procedure § 685.010, or any successor state statute establishing the rate interest accrues for money judgments.
