§ 94-9. Repairing vehicles on highways.

  • (a)

    A person shall not repair or make any repairs or add or install any part or accessory to or on any vehicle while the vehicle is upon any public highway or alley.

    (b)

    This section does not prohibit the operator of any vehicle which is disabled while upon any public highway or alley to such extent that it is impossible to avoid stopping for making or causing to be made the repairs necessary to enable the vehicle to be removed from the public highway or alley.
