§ 94-48. Civil penalties, fines, fees, and charges for parking and related violations.

The city council adopts those schedules of penalties, late payment penalties, administrative fees, and other related charges for parking as provided by resolutions of the city council at the time of the city's incorporation, and the city retains the authority to modify such fees and penalties by city resolution from time to time.
