§ 94-234. Violation.

(a)

Any person who, after having received a written notice as described in section 94-233, subsequently drives past the same traffic control point within a four-hour period shall be in violation of this division.

(b)

The minimum penalty for a first conviction of cruising is a fine of $100.00; for a second conviction within one year, a fine of $200.00; for a third or subsequent conviction within one year, a fine of $250.00.
