§ 94-336. Purpose.

Vehicle Code § 22500.5 authorizes the adoption of a local ordinance to permit an agreement between a transit system operating buses engaged as common carriers and a public school district to permit school buses owned by, or operated for, the school district to load or unload passengers in spaces designated for the loading or unloading of passengers of the transit system buses.
