§ 94-443. Loitering.

It is unlawful for any person to loiter upon any part of a movable bridge or appurtenance thereto. As used in this section, the term "to loiter" means to delay, to linger, or to idle about upon any part of a movable bridge or appurtenance thereto without lawful business for being present.
