§ 98-99. Certificate of compliance.

Upon completion of the installation of the landscaping, the designer shall certify that the landscape complies with all city water conserving landscape requirements. Certification shall be accomplished by completion of a certificate of compliance on a form approved by the director of the general services department. Failure to submit a complete and accurate certificate of compliance will delay final approval of the project and/or discontinue water service.
