§ 106.50.130. Stock Ranch
A.
Purpose. The provisions of this Section are intended to:

Allow development on the property within the Stock Ranch SPA that will accommodate a mixture of uses, protect and preserve the oak trees, creeks, and floodplains in a natural condition, create a trail system along and over the creek and to Auburn Boulevard, provide for adequate circulation within the project site and adequate access to the major streets, ensure compatibility with adjoining residential uses, and provide for enhanced architectural designs of commercial buildings; and
2.
Implement the Stock Ranch Guide for Development.
B.
Applicability. This Section applies to proposed development and new land uses within the Stock Ranch SPA, as shown on Figure 5-11 and the Zoning Map.
C.
Allowable land uses. Land uses within the planning area shall be limited to those identified allowed by the Stock Ranch Guide for Development.
D.
Permit requirements. Development projects within the boundaries of the Stock Ranch Guide for Development are subject to the standard application requirements of the Zoning Code and other applicable documents, as well as any additional application requirements contained in the Guide for Development.
E.
Development standards. The location and configuration of buildings and other uses, and operation of uses, and residential density shall comply with the standards and guidelines in the Stock Ranch Guide for Development.
