§ 10-135. Computerized equipment.

(a)

Except as provided in subsection (b) of this section, it shall be unlawful for a bingo supplier to:

(1)

Sell, rent, supply, provide, or furnish any player-operated machine, device, or equipment that is computerized, electronic, or mechanical for use in a bingo game or in aid of a bingo game; or

(2)

Sell, rent, supply, provide, or furnish equipment for use in a bingo game or in aid of a bingo game in which the numbers to be called are selected by electronic means rather than by random selection of numbered balls from a pool of game balls;

(b)

A bingo supplier may sell, rent, supply, provide, or furnish any machine, device or equipment that may be lawfully used in a bingo game or in aid of a bingo game consistent with applicable state law.
