§ 18-305. Appeal by person other than applicant.

(a)

Under this article, if an appeal is filed by any person other than the applicant, the appeal must be filed within five working days of the date of posting by the building official of his or her notice of intention to issue a building permit and moving permit.

(b)

The city clerk shall notify the building official, the appellant, and the applicant of the time and place of the hearing at least five days prior thereto.
