§ 18-309. Liability insurance required.

No moving permit shall be issued under this article unless the permittee shall have first taken out and agreed to maintain at all times public liability and property damage insurance in an amount as determined by the city. Such insurance shall name the city as an insured, and a certificate of insurance shall be filed with the director of general services.
