§ 18-411. Limitation.

The provisions of this article are the exclusive procedures and rules relating to housing impact fees unless explicitly stated otherwise, in another Code section, policy, resolution or regulation. Except as stated in the prior sentence, this article and any resolution adopted pursuant thereto shall prevail over any other provisions of this Code.
