§ 94-45. Conviction of violation.

Latest version.

Any conviction for a misdemeanor under any ordinance repealed by the ordinance codified in this chapter, which misdemeanor is continued as a public offense by this chapter, constitutes a conviction under this chapter for any purpose for which it constituted a conviction under the act repealed.
