§ 94-46. Penalty.

Latest version.

Except as provided in sections 94-48 and 94-49, any person violating or failing to comply with any of the sections of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punishable as set forth in applicable law.
