§ 94-140. Parking near scene of emergency.

It is unlawful for any person to park, stop or abandon any vehicle within 1,000 feet of any authorized emergency vehicle when the authorized emergency vehicle is actively engaged at the scene of any bombing, act of sabotage, accident, explosion, flood, riot, earthquake or any emergency.
