§ 94-141. Assembling near scene of emergency.

It is unlawful for any persons to gather, collect, assemble or congregate within 1,000 feet of the scene of any fire, bombing, act of sabotage, accident, explosion, flood, riot, earthquake or any emergency when any authorized emergency vehicle is actively engaged at the scene.
