§ 94-49. Civil penalty.

Any person violating or failing to comply with sections 94-8; 94-9; 94-137; 94-261(1) through (5); 94-263; 94-264; 94-265; 94-266; 94-267(a) through (d), (g) and (h); 94-268; 94-269(d); 94-270; 94-271; 94-272; 94-273; 94-274; 94-276; 94-277(b); 94-278; 94-279; and 94-370(b) shall be subject to civil penalties, fees, or charges, and procedures as set forth in the resolution adopted by the city council pursuant to section 94-48.
